Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?
Yes, in order to guarantee the utmost security, each payment by credit card is processed under the 3-D Secure protocol that verifies the customer’s ID. Moreover, DECA BELLE doesn’t encrypt or save your bank account information.

How long does it take to receive my order ?
Shipments are ensured by Colissimo and your order will be deliverd within three working days. Orders placed on Friday after 2.pm (French time) will be treated the following Monday.
What are the shippingt costs ?
In Metropolitan France, the delivery costs 8,03 Euros for an amount inferior to 150 Euros.
Delivery is free for every order which amount exceeds 150 Euros.
In Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, delivery costs 15,05 Euros for an order below 150 Euros, for an order between 150 and 250 Euros, the delivery costs 10,03 Euros. Delivery is free for an order exceeding 250 Euros.
