General Terms of Sale


The hereby General Terms of Sale (G.T.S.) rule without exceptions the sales of clothes and accessories (called hereafter « Products ») on the e-store (called hereafter « Website ») between the DECA BELLE company, owner of the brand  DECA, and its non-professional customers (called hereafter «Customers» ).

The DECA BELLE company is a limited liability company with a capital stock of  125 000 Euros, established at 113 Boulevard de Sébastopol in Paris (75002), registered under the number 414 469 643 at Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés (RCS) de Paris.

The DECA BELLE company, guarantor of the image and policy of distribution of the brand DECA, reserves the use of the Website to legal non-professional Customers living in Metropolitan France, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United-States and agreeing not to resell the products after buying them.


The hereby G.T.S. are available on the website for the Customers in order to help them place their orders. An updated version will be uploaded every time the DECA BELLE company modifies them, which can be done at any time. As a consequence, placing an order on the Website involves full consent of the Customer to the applied G.T.S.


The Website is used by the DECA BELLE company to sell Products of the brand DECA presented on the Website the day of its visit, providing that the Products are in stock at the moment.

The DECA BELLE company does its best to present pictures as accurate as possible to the actual Products. Those pictures can show minor variations that do not question the essential features of the Product.

Moreover, the Customer is invited to read with the greatest attention each Product’s description before placing an order so as to be aware of its main features.

The Product’s description notably comprises the Product’s price, its composition, sizes, and colors available for sale as well as care and washing instructions. In this regard, the DECA BELLE company cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from the Customer’s failure to respect these instructions.  

Products of the brand DECA are all subject to the French and international Law regarding copyrights and intellectual property. All rights reserved and reproduction without permission may be subject to criminal proceedings.


Prices applied are indicated on the Website the day the order is placed by the Customer.

Prices on the Website are indicated in Euros (€) All Taxes Included (ATI). The VAT that is included in the price is based on legal rates applied in Metropolitan France the day the order is placed by the Customer.  

Prices indicated on every product’s description do not include the order preparation and shipping costs. These costs are indicated at the bottom of the order summary (hereafter called  « Shopping Bag ») so as to guarantee the Customer’s full awareness before validation of the order.


Ordering one or several Products on the Website is a process initiated by the Customer which requires several steps.

V.1 Selecting and adding Products to the Shopping Bag

The Customer wishing to order a Product has to go to its data sheet. After reading its content, the Customer selects the Product by clicking on the « Add to my shopping bag » button  at the bottom of the data sheet. This operation has to be repeated for every Product the Customer wishes to order.

The Customer can visualize the Shopping Bag anytime in order to check its content. In order to do so, the Customer has to click on the ‘Shopping Bag’ button on the upper right hand side of the Website.

When checking the Shopping Bag, the Customer can delete an unwanted Product. The Customer can also modify the size, color and quantity of the Product that will be ordered.

V.2 Order registration and payment by the Customer

After selecting all the products to order and after thoroughly checking the content of the Shopping Bag, the Customer is invited to completethe order by clicking on the button « Next». The Customer is then redirected to a page entitled « Sign up».

For a first order, or if the Customer doesn’t have an account yet, the Customer fills in all the required fields of the registration form. These fields are marked with an asterisk.

The Customer has to check thoroughly the provided personal address and phone number as well as the delivery address if those two addresses are different. The DECA BELLE company cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of an order if the address provided by the addressee is inaccurate or incomplete.

If the Customer has already signed up, a Personal Account with names, addresses and phone numbers is ready for use. Only bank account information is required and the Customer  confirms the order by clicking once again on the button «Next ».

Payments by credit card ( EPT), as well as by Paypal are accepted. « American Express » cards are not allowed. Only french cheques are accepted. In order to guarantee the utmost security, each payment by credit card is processed under the 3-D Secure protocol that verifies the customer’s ID. This verification process is ensured directly online by the Customer’s bank according to a method depending both on each credit card’s type and each bank policy (the Customer may be asked to confirm a password,  personal and/or confidential data etc...).  

After payment validation, the Customer receives an e-mail to acknowledge receipt of the order registration.  

V.3 Order approval and confirmation by the DECA BELLE company.

The DECA BELLE company undertakes to honour orders only within the limit of available product stock. The company does its best to only sell on the Website products that are actually available.  

After order registration by the Customer, the DECA BELLE company may refuse the aforementioned order, notably in the following cases :

  • Ligitation with the Customer regarding a previous payment
  • Systematic or abusive returns
  • Products ordered in abnormal quantities

If an ordered product is unavailable, the DECA BELLE company undertakes to inform the Customer as soon as possible. The Customer is then able to modify, cancel, or ask for a refund of part or of the entire order.

Once the order is treated and accepted, the Customer receives an e-mail confirming the availability of this order and indicating the package delivery date.

V.4 Order cancellation

The Customer has the possibility to cancel the order before delivery for free. In order to do so, the Customer can email the DECA BELLE company’s customer service : .Warning : in order to do so, any request has to be sent within two hours after the order validation and before 5 pm.

Any cancellation request that does not indicate the order number won’t be taken into account. This number is mentioned in the email acknowledging receipt of the order registration.

In that event, the Customer may return at his/her own expense the package.


VI.1 Delivery time and follow-up.

DECA BELLE makes every effort to ensure delivery within five working days following the registration of the order.

Orders placed before 2 p.m. will be processed the same day. Any order placed after 2 p.m. Monday to Thursday will only be processed the next day. Orders made on Friday after 2 p.m., on Saturday and Sunday are only taken into account on the following Monday.

For deliveries in France, several delivery methods are possible:

- DPD at a relay point for a cost of €5.95 - free for order highter of 150€

- DPD in Predict home delivery by appointment at €7.90 - free for order highter of 150€

Deliveries in Belgium are provided by DPD in Predict home delivery by appointment.

Shipments in Europe Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Monaco, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Greece , Finland, Norway, Poland, Romania and Sweden are provided by Colissimo.

Shipments to Australia, Canada and the United States are handled by Colissimo.

The Customer can follow the status of the delivery by entering the package number on La Poste’s Website : This number is communicated to the Customer after submitting the order.

In case of absence of the addressee at the time of delivery, a notice is filed in the addresse’s mailbox. The Customer can then pick up the package at the indicated post office within fifteen (15) days.Beyond that period of time, the package is sent back to the DECA BELLE company which contacts the Customer to come to an agreement.

It is agreed between both Parties that the delivery is considered to be carried out on the day of the first passage of the package carrier to the addressee’s house.

The DECA BELLE company undertakes to grant cancellation and refund of an order if the order hasn’t been delivered within twelve (12) working days after its registration, except in case of  force majeure as provided for in articleX.  If the Customer chooses that option, the DECA BELLE company has up to thirty (30) days to refund the debtor’s credit card.

VI.2 Shipping costs

In Metropolitan France the Customer is asked to pay an amount begining of 5,95€ Euros for preparation and shipping costs. Preparation and delivery are free for any order exceeding 150,00 € ATI for France.

In Belgium, the shipping cost is of 7,90€ with DPD. In Austria, Australia, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States delivery costs  vary depending on location, choice of transport and amount of your order. Delivery is free for any order exceeding 250 Euros (except Australia, Canada and United States).

The Customer is required to verify at the delivery that the package has arrived in good state and hasn’t been opened during the transportation.

VII.1 Delivery of a damaged package

In case of damages or if the package shows signs of opening, the Customer or the addressee must refuse to sign the delivery receipt and must report his/her remarks on the report sheet available at the post office. The package will then be returned to the sender.

The Customer undertakes to inform in the meantime the DECA BELLE company’s customer service by sending, if possible, a copy of the report sheet. The DECA BELLE company will do its best to reach an agreement with the Customer regarding the refund of the Customer. 

VII.2 Nonconformity of the delivery

If the products delivered don’t match the Customer’s order, the Customer can address a claim to the DECA BELLE company within seventy-two (72) hours after receipt and acceptance of the package. The Customer is invited to email custormer service:

A delivery is considered to be inaccurate if :

  • its content differs from the order summary indicated in the confirmation e-mail
  • its content differs from the delivery order that comes with the package
  • the delivery contains missing products
  • the delivery contains damaged products

Damaged products returns are systematically subjected to meticulous examinations by experts. Any abnormal or abusive return may cause the cancellation of a following order. Claims regarding inevitable, minor or acceptable technical defects in terms of quality, size, color and the like won’t be considered as founded by the customer service.

If the claim is considered to be acceptable, the DECA BELLE company undertakes to take care of the return of part or all of the products that don’t match the initial order and and to refund expenses within thirty (30) days. The DECA BELLE company may also issue, in accordance with the Customer, a credit note or  may provide, at is own expense, the missing products.


The Customer can use his/her right of cancellation within seven (14) days after the receipt and acceptance of the package without providing any justification.

If the fourteen (14) days period expires on Saturday, Sunday or on a bank holiday, the period will be extended until the next first working day.

Before the expiry of the withdrawal period, you shall inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by sending an email at with your order number as reference.

Only the date of delivery by the carrier is considered as proof.

The Customer cannot return Products that have been worn and/or washed. Moreover, Products have to be carefully placed with their tags inside their original packing, in an appropriate package.

If the Customer fails to respect these conditions within the period of time previously defined, the DECA BELLE company reserves the right to refuse the package and will then be returned to the Customer.

The DECA BELLE company refunds the order and the delivery within fourteen (14) working days after acceptance of the returned package.

It is agreed that return costs remain at the expense of the Customer who bears the risks related to the shipment. The DECA BELLE company advises the Customer to use the « Colissimo » service of  La Poste or any other carrier offering similar guarantees  in case of package loss or damages.

The Customer cannot exchange or return in any DECA store or retailer a Product purchased on the Website.


When consulting the Website, the information regarding browsing of the Website from the Customer's device (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.) may be stored in "cookies" or files installed on the Customer's device, subject to the choices he has expressed regarding cookies. These choices notably result from the parameters of the Customer's browsing software used during his visit to the Website, which he can amend at any time. These cookies allow the browser to be recognised during the period of validity of the cookie concerned.

The DECA BELLE company may collect certain personal data of the Custormer during the order process. The treatment of these data has been previously reported to the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL) under the number « 1568112 v  0» in accordance with the Loi de Confiance en l’Economie Numérique (LCEN) of  August 6th 2004.

The DECA BELLE company commits to respecting the CNIL NS-48 simplified norm. In this prospect, the DECA BELLE company takes every necessary precautions to preserve the safety of the information supplied by the Website’s user by storing these data on secure, reliable and durable devices.

At no stage has the DECA BELLE company been aware of bank account information supplied by the Customer when placing an order on the Website. Safety, integrity and confidentiality of credit cards numbers are guaranteed by La Banque Populaire’s secure payment system.

The Customer is invited to show the greatest vigilance regarding the username and the password used to access his/her personal account, they must remain strictly personal and confidential. The Customer makes sure to sign out of his/her account after each visit on the Website. The DECA BELLE company cannot be held responsible for any hacking resulting from a disclosure by the Customer of his/her own personal data

According to the amended law of January 6th 1978, users have the right at any time to access, modify, correct, and delete their personal data, as well as oppose the treatment and commercial use of these data by the DECA BELLE company. The DECA BELLE company is not bound by the hereby G.T.S in case of force majeure, defined as circumstances preventing the execution of any party obligation and that are not attributable to the party’s fault and that cannot be attributed to that party under the law, under any legal act or generally accepted norms. Force majeure cases may concern : wars, war threats, civil wars, riots, national days of mourning designated by the government, strikes, transportation difficulties, tariff barriers, fires, illnesses, inabilities to work or bankruptcies of third parties contractually bound by the DECA BELLE company, non deliveries or late deliveries of goods by suppliers of the DECA BELLE company, including elecricity delivery and other incidents within the company or within contractually bound third parties.


The fact that the DECA BELLE company abstains from applying for any period of time one or several clauses of the hereby G.T.S must not be considered tantamount to definite renunciation. These provisitions can be invoked at anytime if considered to be appropriate by the DECA BELLE company.

If one or several clauses of the hereby G.T.S happen to be considered as void or unenforceable, other provisions of the hereby G.T.S remain valid and can be fully applied..

The hereby G.T.S, as well as any contract made by the DECA BELLE company are ruled by  French law. Any ligitation related to the interpretration or to the execution of the hereby G.T.S or to any operation bound by the hereby G.T.S  

Any litigation related to the interpretation or the execution of the hereby G.T.S are subject to the exclusive ability of common law courts.

Nonetheless, parties undertake to do their best to give priority to amicable settlement regarding ligitations emanating from the use of Website.
