Exchanges and returns

UPDATE on 05/24/23:

As our site is closed we no longer accept exchanges only returns for refund will be processed.

You have until 7th of June to send us your return.

After this period, it cannot be taken over.

In case of nonconformity or of exercise of cancellation right, you can return your product(s) respecting the following modalities:

You have to return the products without any undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days starting from the communication of your decision of cancellation.

The Products cannot be returned if they have been worn and/or washed, damages of spotted. Moreover, Products have to be carefully placed with their tags inside their original packing, in an appropriate package within 14 days.

Products cannot be returned if they have been used to an extent that exceeds what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and the good functioning of the product. So, they cannot wear the sign of an extended use, exceeding the time of the fitting.

DECA e-shop gives you the opportunity to exchange your items size/colour.

After our confirmation, you have to log into account and go on the order.

Then, you have to select the product(s) you want to return and validate by clicking on the button “Generate a return”.

Finally, you will have to download the delivery note received by email as soon as the exchange has been accepted in your account.

We deliver you the new item by the type of transport selected in your order:

- France: DPD, you will have to leave it in a parcel drop-off point.

Returns

To return a product, you have to log into your account and go on the order.

Then, you have to select the product(s) you want to return and indicate the motive of the return. Finally, validate by clicking on the button “Generate a return”.

Once your return request accepted, you go on your account to" my merchandise returns" to printing the return notice and you follow information to proceeding to the shipment of the package.

Refunds of the returned items will be in 15 days credited to your original method of payment after we receive your returned items.

The return shipping costs are integrally charged by the customer. The return shipping costs are charged by the company DECA in cases where the products would be defective or when there has been a mistake from us.
